Slovenian Catholic Center

The all male choral group performs for concerts, events, masses, picnics, and memorials regularly at the Slovenian Catholic/Cultural Center and throughout the Midwest.

In 2012, members of the Zbor formed a Slovenian band, named Zadnja Kaplja.  Performing traditional and more modern Slovenian polkas, waltzes, and songs, the ensemble performs in conjunction with the choral group.

Zbor Špendov is dedicated to the memory of  Fr. Vendelin Špendov – pastor, director, doctor of music, composer.  
 
His dedication, passion, and love of music throughout the years at various parishes in Chicago, Joliet, and Lemont continues to inspire us all.
